The velour finish is what sold me — it's plush against your skin after a swim instead of that scratchy terrycloth feel. The size is generous too, big enough to actually stretch out on the sand without your legs hanging off.
Took this to the lake last weekend and the size is honestly what makes it — plenty of room to actually stretch out instead of curling up on a tiny towel. The colors held up after a wash too, no fading.
The velour finish is what sold me — it's soft against your skin when you're lying on it but still dries off fast after a swim. The stripes are way more vibrant in person than in the photos, and the large size gives me plenty of room to stretch out.
