The KÜHL KLASH™ PANT features durable softshell fabric with a unique 2-tone weave, added abrasion resistance, and DWR finish for year-round performance. Abrasion-resistant ripstop cuff guards stretch as you move, and the softshell fabric withstands 50K rubs to pass the Martindale abrasion test.
Wore these through a wet hike last weekend and the DWR finish actually shed the drizzle instead of soaking through. The ripstop cuff guards are a smart touch too, since that's where my old pants always blew out first.
The softshell fabric has held up way better than I expected after a few months of daily wear. The ripstop cuff guards are a nice touch too, no fraying at the hems yet.
Wore these hiking in wet brush and the DWR finish actually held up — water beaded right off instead of soaking in. The ripstop cuff guards are a nice touch too, no fraying after a few rocky scrambles.
