I've had this sweater for a few weeks now and it's become my default layer for chilly mornings. The ripstop shell blocks wind way better than I expected, and knowing it's made from recycled fishing nets is a nice bonus. Packs down small enough to stuff in my tote, too.
Wore this on a windy 40-degree hike and stayed perfectly warm without overheating. The ripstop shell really blocks the gusts, and it stuffs down small enough to live in my pack all season.
Bought this for chilly morning walks and it blocks the wind way better than my old fleece. The ripstop shell feels tougher than I expected for something so light, though it runs a bit snug through the shoulders if you layer a hoodie underneath.
