Went through security twice this week and both agents didn't even blink at the size, the removable rolltop is genius for stuffing a jacket on the way home. The 40L holds a solid week of clothes without feeling like I'm carrying a fridge.

Finally found a bag that actually fits the overhead bin without checking the dimensions at the gate every time. The removable rolltop gives me extra space when I need it for souvenirs, and it compresses down to a neat carry-on shape for tighter flights. Used it for a week-long trip and the 40 liters

The removable rolltop bag is a lifesaver—I can stuff my jacket in it for the flight and drop it off at the hotel before exploring. Slipped right into the overhead bin on a cramped regional jet, and at 40L it still feels like it fits everything I need for a week.
