Wore these straight out of the box on a 6-mile hike and got zero blisters. The fact that they're built from just 8 parts means there's nothing extra to rub or fall apart, and the straps cinch down evenly without pressure points.
Three weeks of daily wear and the only eight parts really do hold up—nothing creaky or loose yet. The streamlined straps adjust fast and stay put on rocky trails, which is more than I can say for my last pair.
Wore these straight out of the box for a 6-mile hike and didn't get a single blister. The one-strap design adjusts in seconds, and the sole grips wet rock better than my old boots. Simple, tough, exactly what I wanted.
