Wore this on a breezy coastal hike and it blocked the wind way better than the price suggests. It packs down small enough to stuff in my daypack, and the recycled fabric doesn't feel scratchy at all against a t-shirt.
The recycled fabric feels surprisingly soft, not scratchy like my old fleece. It's thin enough to layer under a rain shell but still keeps me warm on cold mornings.
