Wore these for a full day of kayaking and they were dry within minutes of getting out of the water. The UPF 50+ actually matters to me since I burn easily, and they held up fine against the rocks at the launch.

The stretch on these is no joke—I can squat down to grab my board without feeling like the seams are about to give. They dried out in the sun in maybe twenty minutes after I got out of the water, and the UPF 50 was nice to have on a cloudless afternoon.

Wore these for a week of kayaking and they dried fast enough to pack away each evening. The stretch is great for paddling, though the waist runs a touch big so I'd size down if you're between.
