Wore this flannel straight out of the package for a weekend camping trip and it handled cold mornings way better than I expected. The heavyweight cotton feels substantial without being stiff, and the plaid pattern is sharp enough to wear into town.
The organic cotton is soft and the heavyweight feel is great for colder mornings, though the sleeves run a bit long on me. Wore it on a hike and it held up nicely.
