My arches used to ache after every leg day, but the arch support in these keeps me steady through squats and lunges. Two weeks in and I'm not feeling that post-workout foot fatigue anymore.

The arch support in these is no joke, my flat feet finally feel planted during squats and deadlifts. I've been slipping them into my trainers before every gym session and the knee ache I used to get after leg day has mostly faded.

Swapped these into my gym shoes for leg day and the arch support made a real difference on squats and lunges. Only gripe is they took a couple workouts to break in, but now they feel fine.
