Wore these on a rocky hike last weekend and the four-way stretch let me scramble over boulders without any tugging. They dried fast after I waded through a creek too.

Wore these on a hike with a lot of scrambling and the four-way stretch never once felt restrictive on the climbs. They dry fast too, which saved me after an unexpected creek crossing.

The four-way stretch is genuinely nice for climbing around, but the waistband digs in after a couple hours. Fine for short outings, less so for a full day.
