Ran my first 10K in these and my knees didn't complain once, which almost never happens. The toe-off feels genuinely springy without losing that soft landing.
I'm honestly surprised how plush the landings feel without the shoe feeling mushy. The tuned cushioning gives a nice energetic toe-off on longer road runs, and my knees have been thanking me on recovery days.
