I've been dealing with heel pain for months and these actually take the pressure off my arch during my morning runs. They're so thin I forget I'm wearing them, but the compression around the arch is no joke.

The compression around the arch really does take the edge off my morning heel pain. I do wish the quarter height sat a touch higher so they didn't slip down in my sneakers, but the ultra light feel makes up for it.

The arch compression is genuinely noticeable on longer walks, and my heel wasn't screaming by the end of the day like usual. Wish the quarter height were a touch taller so they didn't slip under my sneaker collar, but for a sock this thin the support is impressive.
