Took these on a three-day trip through wet, rocky trails and my feet stayed dry the whole time thanks to the GTX lining. They're stiffer than my old pair at first but broke in after a couple of miles, and the durability really shows on rough terrain.
The cushy sockliner really is the star here—I did three days in these with a heavy pack and my feet didn't ache once. Grippy on wet rock too, though they're a bit stiff out of the box at first.
Wore these on a muddy 12-mile day hike and my feet stayed completely dry through every stream crossing. The cushy sockliner really does make a difference on long days, no hot spots at all.
