Wore these on a hike in 90-degree heat and forgot I had them on — the stretch lets you scramble over rocks without any pull. They dry fast too, which saved me after a creek crossing.
The stretch is the real winner here — I squatted down to tie my shoes and they moved with me instead of digging in. Only knock is the fabric feels a touch thin, so I'm curious how they'll hold up after a summer of washes.
They're genuinely light and breathable in the heat, which is what I wanted. But after a few washes the fabric has lost some of that crisp chino look and feels a bit flimsier than day one.
