The fleece inside is seriously plush, way softer than the pair I retired. I've been living in them after ski days and they still hold their shape.
These are thick enough for cold mornings on the porch but not so bulky I overheat inside. The fleece inside is genuinely soft, not that scratchy stuff, and they've held up through several washes already.
Wore these straight off a hike and they were exactly the wind-down I wanted. Only gripe is the waistband runs a bit snug for lounging, but the fleece keeps me warm without overheating.
