Carried it as a tote to the farmers market and it held everything without digging into my hand. The water-repellent coating actually beaded up when a water bottle leaked, which saved my notebook.

Wore it as a backpack through the airport then carried it by the tote handles once we landed. The padded straps genuinely don't dig in even when it's loaded up with a laptop and snacks.

Used this on a rainy hike and the water-repellent nylon shrugged it off completely. Switching from the shoulder straps to the tote handles when I hit the farmers market is way handier than I expected.
