I was worried I'd have to drill into my bed rails, but this kit uses the existing integrated tracks so it's basically bolt-on. Now my rack sits solid over the tonneau cover and I can still load lumber without pulling the cover off. Took maybe half an hour to install.

Slid this kit onto the integrated bed tracks in about 20 minutes and the rack bars sit rock solid over the cover. Only gripe is the instructions are a bit thin on torque specs for the track bolts.
