Took these out on a rocky hike last weekend and my arches never once felt that familiar ache. The soft microfiber top layer is what sold me, no hot spots even after miles of downhill.
Wore these on a three-hour mountain bike ride and the arch support kept my feet from aching like they usually do. The soft microfiber top layer is a nice touch too, no hot spots even with thin socks.
Swapped these into my hiking boots before a weekend trip and the arch support made a noticeable difference on the downhill stretches. The soft microfiber top doesn't rub at all, even after six hours on the trail.
