My arches used to ache halfway through leg day, but these give real support without feeling bulky inside my trainers. They slip into my gym shoes easily and I've had no shin or foot pain since.

Wasn't sure orthotics would survive my lifting sessions but the arch support actually holds up through squats and lunges. My feet don't ache anymore after an hour on the gym floor, which I didn't expect.

Took these to my first session back at the gym in months and my arches didn't ache once afterward. The arch support feels firm without digging in, even after an hour of squats and lunges.
