Brought this on a three-day backpacking trip and the just-add-hot-water part sold me—no pans, no mess, just breakfast in a few minutes. The bacon pieces are real and crispy even after rehydrating, which I didn't expect from freeze-dried.

The eggs actually fluff up nicely when you add the hot water, and the bacon pieces are real, not that fake crumbly stuff. I keep a few packs in my desk drawer for mornings when I skip breakfast at home.
