Hauled it up a 14er with climbing rack and water for two, and the load transfer to the hips felt almost unfair—no sway even on loose talus. Loaded it to the brim for a full alpine push and the frame carried the weight so well I forgot it was on my back. The way it cinches down tight when you need stability but still lets you swing it off fast at the crag is exactly what I was hoping for.
Took this out on a solo bikepacking loop this weekend and the load distribution felt balanced even with a full rack strapped on. The way it handles technical moves without shifting around is exactly what I needed for the alpine approaches.
