The chicken pieces actually rehydrate into real tender chunks instead of those dry nuggets you usually get. Noodles came out right too, and the herbs and spices give it a proper pad thai flavor. Way better than I expected from a freeze-dried pouch.
Was skeptical about freeze-dried pad thai but the noodles came out with a proper chew, not mushy at all. The herbs and spices actually come through, and being gluten free means I can bring it on trips without worrying.
