Aetrex Premium Memory Foam Orthotics are designed to provide ultimate comfort and cushioning with 43% more memory foam in the forefoot for those experiencing foot discomfort or fatigue. This orthotic features our signature Aetrex Arch Support to help biomechanically align your body & help prevent common foot pain such as Plantar Fasciitis, Arch Pain and Metatarsalgia.
Been slipping these into my sneakers for my evening walks and the memory foam in the forefoot is noticeably thicker than the insoles that came with my shoes. Cushioning feels great on pavement, and my arches don't ache afterward.
I'm on my feet all day at work and these inserts finally made my afternoon ache go away. The memory foam cushioning under the ball of my foot is noticeably thicker than my old pair, and my shoes still fit fine.
The extra memory foam in the forefoot is what sold me — I'm on my feet all day at the hospital and my usual inserts left the ball of my foot aching by noon. These actually cushioned that spot and my feet don't feel wrecked when I get home.
