Switched it to backpack mode on a rocky trail and it carried way better than I expected for something with wheels. The MLC layout keeps everything organized, and converting back for the airport was quick. Genuinely the most flexible bag I've owned.
The convertible backpack straps saved me on a cobblestone stretch where the wheels were useless. Zippers feel beefy and the clamshell opening made packing for a week genuinely easy.
The wheels roll smoothly through airports, but the bag gets heavy on my back once I switch to backpack mode for longer walks. Wish the harness straps had more padding.
