Ran my usual 5 miles in these and my knees didn't complain once, which is rare for me. The added support around the midfoot keeps everything locked in without feeling stiff.

The extra cushioning really shows on longer runs — my knees felt noticeably less beat up after an 8-miler. The support around the midfoot is solid without feeling tight, which I didn't expect from a shoe this soft.

Took these out for a 10k this morning and the extra cushioning really shows on the downhills — my knees felt way less beat up than usual. The support around the midfoot is noticeably more solid than my old pair, too.
