The high-stack foam really does make the miles feel cushioned without turning mushy, which surprised me on a 10k. My feet felt fresh at the end instead of that beat-up ache I usually get.

Three miles in and my knees didn't complain once, which never happens on pavement. The cushioning is soft without feeling mushy, and I still felt like I was pushing off rather than sinking.

The high-stack foam really does make my easy 5-milers feel cushioned without turning mushy. I do wish the laces were a touch longer, but they stayed tied the whole run.
