The 55" loop actually wraps around my 12-foot sit-on-top hull without a struggle, which I wasn't expecting. Cable feels thick enough that I don't worry about it getting snipped overnight at the launch ramp.
Finally something that actually fits my fishing kayak. The lasso cables slide through the scupper holes and around my roof rack in under a minute, which matters when it's raining at the launch. Feels solid enough that I stopped worrying about it overnight at the campground.
The 55" loop is the reason I bought this — it wraps around both my sit-on-top hull and the roof rack bar with room to spare. Locked it up at the launch ramp and the cable felt solid the whole weekend.
