The A-line cut actually makes this flattering over leggings, which I wasn't expecting from a down vest. It's light enough to forget I'm wearing it but the 600-fill keeps me warm on my walk to the train.

Layers nicely over a chunky sweater without feeling bulky, and the 600-fill down is genuinely warm for how light it is. Only gripe is there's no hood, so I'd want a scarf on windy days.
