Mens Lone Peak 9

These handled a wet, muddy trail way better than my old pair — the updated outsole really does bite into slick roots and rocks. The reworked upper still looks barely scuffed after a month of weekend runs, and the new midsole feels softer without going mushy on descents.

The updated outsole really does bite on wet rocks — I took these through a muddy, rooty section and never slipped once. The new upper has held up great after several weeks of hard trail use, no fraying or stretched seams.

Wore these on a rocky, rooty loop and the upper held up great with no hot spots. The new midsole feels noticeably softer on descents, though I wish the laces were a touch longer. Solid trail shoe overall.
