The 80D GORE-TEX Pro fabric actually breathes on the uphill, which I wasn't expecting from something this tough. It's light enough to stuff in my pack but blocks wind and wet snow completely.

Wore this touring in wet spring snow and stayed dry the whole climb — the breathability is legit for how burly the fabric feels. Only gripe is the fit runs a bit boxy in the shoulders, so size down if you're between.
