Aetrex Train Orthotics are designed for gym goers wanting comfort and injury prevention during workouts and training sessions. This orthotic features our signature Aetrex Arch Support to help biomechanically align your body & help prevent common foot pain such as Plantar Fasciitis, Arch Pain and Metatarsalgia.
Swapped these into my gym shoes and the arch support actually kicks in during squats instead of letting my feet roll inward. Two weeks of training later, my knees feel less beat up after leg day.
These have genuinely helped with the shin pain I used to get after treadmill intervals. The arch support is firm without feeling like a rock, and they don't slide around during lateral work.
Swapped these into my gym shoes and the arch support is exactly what I needed for squats and lunges. Feet stay planted through heavy lifting instead of sliding around. My knees feel less beat up after leg day too.
