Wore this on a windy ridge run last weekend and it blocked the gusts without turning into a sweaty mess. Packs down to the size of my fist, so it just lives clipped to my vest now.
The thing disappears into my running vest pocket and I honestly forget it's there until the wind picks up on an exposed stretch. As an ultralight shell it blocks gusts way better than something this thin has any right to.
Packed this for a windy ridge run and it basically disappeared in my vest, it's that light. The wind cut right off on the exposed sections and it never felt clammy on the climb.
