Caramel Pecan & Cranberries Snack Bar

Wasn't expecting the sea salt to come through like that, but it's what makes these work — savory up front, then the cranberries hit. The chia seeds give it a nice little crunch too. I've been keeping a couple in my bag for the 3pm slump.

The blackstrap molasses gives these a deeper sweetness than most snack bars I've tried, and the tart cranberries cut through it nicely. I keep one in my bag for the 3pm slump and it actually holds me until dinner.

The sea salt really comes through and balances the honey sweetness nicely, plus the chia seeds give it a bit of crunch. I just wish the bars were a little bigger, since I finish one in about three bites.
