The sea salt on top is what gets me — it cuts through the dark chocolate so it never feels too sweet. Texture really is cookie-like, soft with whole almond chunks, and it actually holds me over between lunch and dinner.
I was skeptical about a snack bar that claims to taste like a cookie, but the dark chocolate and sea salt combo genuinely hits. The almond pieces give it a nice crunch without falling apart in my bag.
The texture really does come close to a chocolate chip cookie, and the sea salt keeps the dark chocolate from being too sweet. I just wish the bars were a bit bigger for the price, since I finished one in about three bites.
