Wore this on a windy ridge hike and the Heatseeker Eco panels kept my core warm even when the down got slightly damp. Packs down small enough to stuff in my daypack without a second thought.
The down insulation is seriously warm for how light this thing packs down. I've been wearing it on chilly morning commutes and it blocks the wind way better than my old jacket did. The hood actually stays up too.
Wore this on a windy hike last weekend and the RDS down kept me toasty even when we stopped for lunch. It packs down small enough to stuff in my daypack without taking up much room.
